وصف الوظيفة

To manage billing or accounts payable activities including invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and payment preparation while ensuring compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Process and verify invoices, credit notes, and supporting documents.
• Ensure invoices are matched with purchase orders and delivery confirmations.
• Maintain Accounts Payable records and vendor accounts.
• Prepare payment vouchers, bank payments, and journal entries when required.
• Reconcile vendor accounts on a periodic basis (monthly / quarterly / yearly).
• Support preparation of financial reports and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Provide required data and reports for internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Unit Head.
