وضع سياسات البيع ومتابعة تنفيذها وتقييم النتائج وإعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتخصصة والمتعلقة في مجال المبيعات وعرضها وحفظها.

Studying and monitoring market developments, defining and developing marketing objectives and sales methods, estimating expected sales volume, and translating objectives into sales plans. Proposing sales policies, monitoring their implementation, and developing and evaluating promotional programs. Communicating with customers, identifying their problems, and monitoring competitors and their sales programs to avoid future risks. Evaluating the performance of sales representatives, assessing the extent to which sales targets have been achieved, and proposing corrective plans and actions. Preparing specialized sales-related documents and reports, providing appropriate recommendations and suitable solutions, presenting and explaining them, and archiving them in the relevant database according to approved policies and procedures.
