عن الوظيفة

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to lead marketing operations across our brands. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously, planning content, running campaigns, and driving growth.

This is not a passive posting role. You’ll live in the brands — understanding their distinct identities, defending them, and growing them.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who lives on Instagram and TikTok, understands the Saudi F&B scene deeply, has strong visual instincts, and can juggle multiple brand voices without losing focus.

We want someone with 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience in F&B, café, or lifestyle brands in Saudi Arabia. Someone who has personally executed campaigns from concept to publishing to measurement.

You’ll be managing brands with different personalities and audiences. The ability to switch between brand voices, timelines, and campaigns without confusing them is essential.

Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts for our brands daily

Plan and execute weekly content calendars for each brand independently

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and freelance creators as needed

Own product launch campaigns end-to-end (concept, content, execution, measurement)

Support a new brand launch during its opening months

Maintain and grow existing brand followings and engagement

Manage paid ads on Meta and TikTok

Coordinate with influencers and food bloggers for product features

Track and report weekly performance metrics for each brand

Coordinate closely with Operations team on new product launches and seasonal offerings
