Experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise networking, network security, and IPTV infrastructure within high-availability hospitality environments. Responsible for the design, deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Cisco Meraki, Aruba, and Fortinet firewall.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Design,
  deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki and Aruba network
  infrastructure.
• Deploy,
  configure, and maintain Fortinet firewalls, including security policies,
  VPNs, and threat prevention features.
• Monitor
  network performance, availability, and security across enterprise
  environments.
• Manage
  and support end-to-end IPTV systems, including headend equipment,
  streamers, middleware, and content distribution networks.
• Perform
  advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for network
  outages, IPTV service interruptions, and performance issues.
• Plan
  and execute network and IPTV hardware refresh projects.
• Implement
  network security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational
  standards.
• Maintain
  accurate network diagrams, configuration records, and technical
  documentation.
• Coordinate
  with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for upgrades,
  maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Ensure
  service continuity and adherence to defined Service Level Agreements
  (SLAs).
• Support
  multicast networking, video streaming technologies, and
  hospitality-specific network requirements.
• Participate
  in infrastructure improvement initiatives and technology upgrades.

Experience

• Hands-on
  experience with Cisco Meraki wireless, switching, and security solutions.
• Strong
  operational experience with Aruba networking products, including switches
  and wireless infrastructure.
• Proven
  expertise in Fortinet firewall administration, VPN implementation, and
  network security management.
• Practical
  experience managing IPTV platforms, video streaming systems, middleware,
  and content delivery services.
• Extensive
  experience troubleshooting complex enterprise network environments.
• Familiarity
  with multicast routing, VLANs, QoS, network monitoring, and performance
  optimization.
• Experience
  working in hospitality, hotel, resort, or other high-availability
  environments is highly preferred.
• Ability
  to work effectively in fast-paced operational environments with strong
  attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
