Green Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a civil engineering background to lead our construction projects from mobilization to handover. You’ll own delivery on site, keeping every project on schedule, within budget, and built to the highest quality standards, with a strong focus on concrete and finishing works.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
Manage and supervise concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, pouring, and curing.
Oversee finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, joinery, and facades.
Prepare and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with the design team, technical office, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Track progress, report to management, and implement corrective actions on delays.
Enforce quality control and HSE standards on all sites.
Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through to final handover.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
5+ years of experience in construction project management.
Proven hands-on experience in concrete and finishing works.
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
