I. Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for tender offer preparation, market price research and analysis, project cost estimation and cost control for engineering projects in the Middle East. Accurately sort out project cost data, complete the full set of tender offer deliverables, and provide reliable professional support for project bidding, cost control and business-related decision making.

II. Job Requirements

1. Nationality: Saudi

2. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in engineering cost. Hands on experience in tender pricing for large scale infrastructure projects is preferred.

3. Market Competence: Familiar with the construction market practices in the Middle East; proficient in local building material prices, construction norms and industry conditions of Saudi Arabia. Prior local market cost engineering experience is preferred.

4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English for cross border work liaison, business communication and routine document exchange.
