الهدف من الوظيفة
Project Delivery & Execution
• Lead the full project lifecycle from tender handover through mobilization, execution, and final handover.
• Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan (PEP), construction methodology, and resource strategy.
• Ensure adherence to approved schedules, budgets, specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor project milestones, productivity, risks, and deliverables.
• Approve work programs, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
Contract Management & Regulations
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions according to Saudi MOT.
• Manage variations, extensions of time, and contractual correspondence.
• Control & Supervise project costs & forecasts.
Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Lead progress meetings, technical discussions, and resolution of disputes.
• Maintain strong professional relationships to protect and enhance company reputation.
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, motivate, and manage project teams and subcontractors.
• Assign roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
• Ensure competency, productivity, and discipline across site teams.
• Promote a strong culture of accountability, safety, and performance.
HSE & Quality Leadership
• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, Saudi regulations, and client requirements.
• Enforce quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Ensure audits, inspections, and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
أبرز المهام الوظيفية
- دراسة طبوغرافية وجيولوجية الموقع الإنشائي ونتائج اختبار فحص التربة، ودراسة المتطلبات والمخططات المعمارية للمشروع، وتحديد أعماق التأسيس اللازمة للمشروع وإجراء تحليل إنشائي متكامل لعناصره
- إعداد تصاميم المشروع ومتابعة إعداد المخططات الإنشائية وتدقيقها وتدقيق جداول الكميات والمواصفات
- الإشراف على تنفيذ المشروع ومطابقة المواصفات
- تطوير أساليب وإجراءات العمل ومواكبة التطورات التقنية.إعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتخصصة بالأعمال والمشروعات الهندسية ونسبة تقدمها وعرضها وتوضيحها وحفظها في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بها وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
المؤهلات والشهادات المطلوبة
- البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية
- البكالوريوس في هندسة الإنشاءات
- Project Management Professional( CAME – PMP )
- مشارك معتمد في إدارة المشاريع (CAPM)
- مدير مشاريع معتمد ( CPM)
- مهندس محترف معتمد البورد البريطاني للمحترفين (CPE)
