وصف الوظيفة

To support the Chief Legal Officer by providing legal advisory services across the Group while

serving as the primary legal resource for regulatory compliance matters. The role is responsible

for supporting the Company’s compliance framework, monitoring regulatory obligations,

drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing litigation and debt recovery matters,

providing legal advice to internal stakeholders, and supporting strategic business initiatives to

ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Legal Advisory & Commercial Support
•  Provide practical and timely legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate,
• commercial, employment, regulatory, and operational matters.
•  Draft, review, negotiate, and amend a wide range of commercial agreements, including
• distribution, supply, procurement, warehousing, logistics, confidentiality, consultancy,
• settlement, and service agreements.
•  Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and risk assessments.
•  Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions that support business objectives.
•  Review internal policies, procedures, and business practices to ensure legal compliance.
• 2. Litigation & Debt Recovery
•  Prepare, file, and manage lawsuits, execution requests, appeals, objections, and other
• judicial proceedings before competent courts and authorities.
•  Represent the Company before courts and governmental authorities where authorized.
•  Coordinate with external legal counsel and monitor litigation progress.
•  Prepare pleadings, legal submissions, evidence files, and litigation reports.
•  Handle debt collection matters, including demand letters, settlement negotiations,
• restructuring agreements, execution proceedings, and litigation.
•  Maintain accurate litigation trackers and case documentation.
• 3. Regulatory Compliance
•  Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Company’s compliance
• framework.
•  Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the Group and assess their impact.
•  Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and compliance registers.
•  Conduct compliance monitoring activities and coordinate corrective action plans with
• business units.
•  Coordinate regulatory correspondence, inspections, filings, and reporting obligations with
• governmental authorities.
•  Support compliance investigations and compliance risk assessments.
•  Deliver compliance awareness sessions and promote compliance culture across the
• Group.
•  Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and regulatory
• requirements.
• 4. Strategic Projects
•  Provide legal support for strategic corporate projects, including mergers and acquisitions,
• due diligence, financing transactions, restructurings, governance initiatives, digital
• transformation projects, and other business initiatives.
•  Review project documentation and identify legal and regulatory risks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely legal support.
• 5. Legal Operations
•  Maintain legal templates, compliance registers, trackers, precedents, and documentation.
•  Support the implementation of legal and compliance process improvements and
• automation initiatives.
•  Prepare periodic legal and compliance reports.
•  Perform any other legal duties assigned by the Chief Legal Officer

• محاسب قانوني معتمد (أمريكا) CPA
• محاسب قانوني(Chartered Accountant)البريطانية( CA)
• الشهادة المتقدمة في إدارة الموارد البشرية
• شهادة الاعتماد المهني السعودي للقانونيين SASL
