People are at the heart of what we do, both within our organisation and when working with others externally. Our success is built on getting our relationships right, delivering on what we commit to, holding ourselves accountable, and maintaining humility in everything we do. Our priorities are people, project and profit, in that order.
Background & Role Overview: Having grown at pace, we have identified a need to invest in our People Team which will enable us to further create a high performing, agile function that acts as an enabler to our organisation and our colleagues and supports our overall business strategy and growth agenda.
