نظرة عامة على الوظيفة

We are looking for a dynamic and technically oriented Sales ٍRepresentative to join our Pharmaceutical Division, supporting business development activities across KSA.

طبيعة العمل والمهام المطلوبة

• 
  Key Responsibilities:
  * Promote and sell pharmaceutical production equipment, systems, or technical solutions
  * Manage and develop relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and key decision-makers
  * Follow up on new and ongoing projects in pharmaceutical factories
  * Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with international principals/manufacturers
  * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents
  * Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients
  * Monitor market trends and new project opportunities
  * Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to division growth
  * Coordinate with engineering, service, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
  * Prepare periodic sales reports and sales pipeline updates
  
  Job Requirements:
  * Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry sales (machinery, equipment, or technical solutions)
  * Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field)
  * Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (Solid Dosage, Sterile, Utilities, and Packaging)
  * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  * Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  * Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
  
  Salary and Benefits:
  * Commission/Bonus: Attractive commission scheme based on achieved sales targets
  * Contract: 2 years (renewal based on KPIs)
